This policy explains how you withdraw funds from a Taman Yieldholm account: the available methods, processing times, limits, security checks and the reasons a request can be delayed. By using the account you agree to this policy; it runs alongside the Deposit and withdrawal methods page, which lists the details of each method.
1. Introduction and agreement
A withdrawal is your request to move all or part of your balance out of the platform to a destination registered in your own name. This policy forms part of the Terms of Use; where other documents conflict, the current version of this policy on this page prevails for withdrawal matters.
2. Available withdrawal methods
Three withdrawal channels are supported: bank transfer to a Malaysian account via DuitNow, refunds to the Visa card used for depositing, and USDT sent on the TRC-20 network to a wallet you have registered. All methods are free of platform fees; only third parties such as your bank or the network can apply their own charges.
3. Processing times
After the internal security check, most requests are approved on the same working day. DuitNow usually arrives within one to three business days, Visa cards within one to five business days depending on the issuing bank, and USDT within 24 hours after network confirmation. Factors that can slow things down include request volume during high market volatility, additional compliance reviews, and Malaysian public holidays that extend bank working days.
4. Fees and charges
The platform charges no withdrawal fee: every method is marked Free on the methods page, and nothing hidden is added at confirmation. The amount you see on the confirmation screen is the amount leaving your platform balance. Third-party charges, if any, are shown by the receiving bank or wallet, not by us.
5. Withdrawal limits
Each method has a minimum withdrawal amount so that network charges do not eat the transfer value, plus daily limits linked to your account verification status. Current limits are shown on the withdrawal form before you confirm; the values can change with payment conditions, and changes never affect already-approved requests.
6. KYC/AML checks
Every account must pass identity verification before the first withdrawal; document details are on the AML/KYC page. Large requests or unusual patterns can trigger an additional compliance review, including a request for proof of source of funds. These checks are mandatory under our AML programme and cannot be waived by any staff member.
7. Reasons for delay or rejection
A request can be held when the payment account owner's name does not match the platform account, verification documents are incomplete or expired, security checks detect unusual sign-ins close to the request time, or compliance obligations require further review. Full rejections are rare and always come with a written reason and the corrective step you can take.
8. User responsibility
You are responsible for making sure the bank, card and wallet details you enter are correct and current. Transfers to wrong details are difficult or impossible to reverse, especially on digital-asset networks. Re-read every character before confirming; the system shows a full summary for your final check.
9. Cancelling or changing a request
Requests still in "Pending review" status can be cancelled yourself from the withdrawal page, and the funds return to your balance immediately. Once a request has entered processing with the payment provider it can no longer be changed; in urgent cases contact support within one hour for a stop attempt, with no guarantee of success.
10. Support
Questions about a request's status can go to [email protected] with your withdrawal reference number. The team works Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 MYT (excluding public holidays) and replies usually under one business hour. Live status is also shown in your account, with a timestamp for every processing stage so you can follow it without waiting for email.
11. Policy updates
This policy may be updated to stay aligned with payment and compliance requirements; a new version takes effect once published on this page, and material changes are announced by email to registered users at least seven days before effect. Version history is kept internally and is available to you on request.
