This guide walks you through your first four steps at Taman Yieldholm, from registration to your first strategy review. By the end you will know what happens at each stage, which information to prepare, and where to find further help.
Step 1: Registering your account
Fill in the registration form with your full name exactly as on your identity document, an active email and a reachable phone number. A name matching your document speeds up KYC later and prevents withdrawal delays down the line. The password should be unique to this service, at least twelve characters long, and kept in a password manager if you use one.
As soon as the account opens, enable two-factor authentication with an authenticator app before anything else. Store the one-time backup codes somewhere safe offline: if your phone disappears, those codes restore your access. Complete KYC with MyKad or a passport plus one proof of address so trading and withdrawal features unlock earlier.
Your personal manager will contact you within 24 working hours of registration. Prepare your questions in advance; the first session is most useful when you ask about the things that matter to your own investing style.
Step 2: Connecting an exchange
Automated analysis needs a connection to an exchange through an API key. In your exchange account, generate a new key with read and trading permissions only; withdrawal permission is not needed for normal use and is best left off. Restrict the allowed IP list too, if your exchange supports it.
Enter the key on the platform's connection page and confirm with 2FA. Once active, your balance and tradable pairs appear on the dashboard within minutes. If the connection drops, the platform shows the status and failure time so you can check with the exchange; avoid generating a new key unless necessary, since the old one must be disabled first.
Review the daily order limits on your exchange account. Setting a low limit in your first week is the safest way to learn: small mistakes stay small.
Step 3: Setting up analysis and monitoring
On the strategies page, pick the pairs you want monitored: a mix of major, active assets plus one or two you already know makes a good starting balance. Set conditions such as price ranges, a maximum volatility level and position size; every parameter is explained in plain words next to its field.
Switch on notifications so you know when a strategy opens or closes a position, and when the protection module halts trading during extreme volatility. Server-side monitoring runs around the clock, but notifications are how you stay in the loop without living in front of a screen.
Spend one minute on the dashboard each morning: yesterday's performance summary, open positions and any warnings. This short routine builds understanding that no automation can replace.
Step 4: Reviewing and managing
The main dashboard shows account value, illustrative return projections, full transaction history and the status of each strategy. From here you can adjust parameters, pause a strategy, or close a position manually whenever you want to take over.
The reports page lets you filter by period and download the complete history for your own records. Cross-check it against the trade confirmation emails: both are recorded independently and should match line for line.
Your first withdrawal is the real test of the process: request a small amount first to confirm the payout details before moving a large sum. After the first confirmation, later withdrawals become routine.
Important notes before you start
No profit is guaranteed
Automation executes strategies quickly and consistently, but no technology guarantees outcomes. Past results do not guarantee future ones, and every trade carries the risk of loss. Read our risk disclosure and begin with an amount whose loss would not change your life.
Decisions stay yours
The platform provides analysis and execution; how much to invest, when to stop and when to withdraw profit remain your calls. Never hand control to anyone claiming to "manage your account" in our name; a personal manager guides, but never asks for your password.
Keep your own records too: deposit dates, strategy parameters and the reason for each change. Written notes make your monthly reviews objective and give your manager facts, not memories, to work with.
Expect a learning curve of a few weeks. The first month is for understanding the reports and how your settings translate into trades; treat any early results as information rather than verdict. Users who pace themselves this way consistently make calmer decisions than those who treat week one as a race.
Set a review rhythm
Decide now when you will look at the account: a minute each morning, fifteen minutes each weekend, a fuller review at month end. A fixed rhythm prevents both neglect and the far more expensive habit of refreshing the page every ten minutes.
Put your personal manager into that rhythm as well. A short monthly call or email exchange keeps your settings aligned with your goals and surfaces small issues while they are still small.
