These terms govern the use of the Taman Yieldholm website and services. This site is an information and marketing technology platform; actual transactions are executed through the relevant licensed entity and licensed payment partners. Please read the terms in full before using our services.
1. Use of the website and services
By registering an account or using this site you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services include AI-assisted market analysis, strategy monitoring tools, educational materials and personal support. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in line with all applicable Malaysian law. You must be at least eighteen years old to open an account.
2. Limits and eligibility
We may restrict access to certain functions until KYC identity verification is complete. Deposit limits, available strategies and support channels can vary with your verification status and plan. The services are offered to users in Malaysia; if you move to another jurisdiction, your obligation to inform us and to comply with local law remains.
3. Marketing materials and newsletters
By registering you agree to receive service communications such as account confirmations and security notices. Marketing communications like market digests or product news are sent only with your consent, and every email carries an unsubscribe link that honours your choice immediately without affecting your account.
4. Copyright and intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, illustrations, logos, design and the analysis software, belongs to Taman Yieldholm or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and download material for personal use; reproduction, modification or commercial use without our written permission is prohibited. "Taman Yieldholm" and related marks may not be used without permission.
5. Account confidentiality
You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor authentication private, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. Details of how your personal data is processed are set out in our Privacy Policy.
6. Links to third-party sites
This site may contain links to third-party sites such as payment providers or market news sources. Links are provided for convenience only; we do not control their content or privacy practices and are not responsible for them. Check a third party's policies before sharing information with them.
7. Prohibited use
You must not use the site or services to: breach any Malaysian law or regulation; send spam or unsolicited commercial communications; attack, probe or disrupt our infrastructure; attempt to access other users' systems or data; or infringe any party's intellectual-property rights. Violations can result in immediate account suspension and, where relevant, reports to the authorities.

9. Warranty disclaimer
The services are provided "as is". The analysis and information given are illustrations based on available data and are not personal financial advice, investment recommendations or guarantees of results. Past results do not guarantee future results; trading any asset carries the risk of losing part or all of your capital. While we maintain high standards, we do not promise the site will be entirely free of interruptions or defects.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the site or services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before that claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss arising from causes beyond our reasonable control. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Taman Yieldholm and its officers and staff from third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, unauthorised use of your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials, or content you submit through the services.
Other provisions
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision at any time is not a waiver of future enforcement.
